Your privacy is our primary concern. We will NOT outsource any translations containing personal or sensitive data through online agencies, cloudsourcing, collaborative translation platforms and any other medium where the data might become susceptible to unauthorised exposure.
Examples of texts that may be sent through publicly accessible servers are newspaper articles, translations of active websites, currently enacted legislation, transcripts of public speeches and those assignments that you would expressly allow us to outsource through unsecured sources.
All linguists involved in working on your text have their NDAs (non-disclosure agreements) signed with us.
If your document requires a secure transmission we can set up a special link with our servers. If your document is confidential we would suggest to arrange for pickup and delivery of the hard copy in person.
